UI
Public onboarding, roadmap visibility, and weekly patch note tooling were added to make the game easier to understand before players even create an account.
- Added a public development roadmap page and linked it into the logged-out flow alongside Tutorial and Patch Notes.
- Improved the public roadmap layout with status pills, a desktop timeline, and clearer Create Account actions.
- Added a structured weekly patch note pipeline so admins can queue patch note items and publish one grouped weekly update automatically.
- Kept manual and automatic patch notes on the same public archive instead of splitting them into separate systems.

- Added clearer police case next-action messaging so officers can see blockers before arrest becomes available.
- Strengthened public-history and admin-world logging hooks around arrests, verdicts, prison outcomes, and other major city events.
- Expanded local dev seed data so police, lawyers, judges, journalists, and test cases are easier to exercise during development.

Mobile
Town hub navigation, banking clarity, and mobile service access were tightened so core city actions are easier to reach on smaller screens.
- Reworked the Town hub so core local services are exposed more directly instead of being buried behind vague mobile actions.
- Improved the Banking overview with clearer carried cash versus banked cash language and more obvious move-money controls.
- Tightened mobile navigation behaviour so town services, crime boards, and utility pages behave more predictably on phones.
- Reduced confusing dead-end copy across several town and service pages so the interface reads more like a live city and less like a placeholder control panel.

Politics
Business bidding, mayor controls, and city-side progression tools expanded the civic and economy loop.
- Extended business bidding so ownership transfers, mayor involvement, and local business pressure are easier to test.
- Added temporary mayor appointment support in the admin area so civic flows are not blocked when no mayor exists.
- Expanded city-side progression with parkour-based Stealth training and stronger links between training risk and hospital recovery.
- Prepared referral and society-loop systems so onboarding, progression, and city politics tie together more cleanly.
