Current beta status
- Real-money purchases are not live yet.
- Test grants, admin grants, and placeholder cosmetic interest records have no cash value.
- No player should be charged through the current public cosmetic placeholder flow.
Refund Policy
Payments are not live yet, so this page remains a pre-launch placeholder.
Refunds
War of Saints does not currently run live premium billing or cosmetic checkout. This page is a beta-safe placeholder so public testers are not misled about the current state of payments.
Future refund rules
- Refund terms will be finalised before real purchases launch.
- Future digital cosmetic purchases may have special refund rules once an item is delivered or permanently unlocked.
- Any final paid-launch refund policy still requires legal review.
